Surfmeter Dashboard

Use the Surfmeter Dashboard to inspect measurements, manage clients and their configurations, and review service and client health.

Accessing the Dashboard

Your Surfmeter Dashboard is hosted at a URL provided by your organization or by AVEQ. Open it in any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). The Dashboard is responsive, so you can use it on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Main sections

After logging in, you will find the following sections in the navigation:

  • Home – A dashboard with an overview of recent measurement activity.
  • Measurements – Browse and filter measurements by type (video, web, conferencing, speedtest, network). View KPI charts and inspect individual results.
  • CDN Performance – Compare the content delivery networks serving your video and web measurements.
  • Clients – Manage clients, organize them into groups, assign tags, and review fleet health.
  • Configuration – Create studies, measurement configs, schedules, and service credentials.
  • Studies – Browse the studies that your measurements belong to.
  • Reports – Access analytical reports including aborted measurements, anomaly detection, and a measurement map.
  • ISPs – Browse the Internet Service Providers attributed to your measurements and used in client contracts.
  • Administration – Manage registration keys, capabilities, Surfmeter and Player SDK API keys, Export API keys, users, and account settings.
  • AI Assistant – An optional chat-based assistant that can answer questions about your data and explain individual measurement results.
