Organization Settings¶

The Organization Settings page is available to users with the Organization Admin role. You can find it in the sidebar under Admin > Organization Settings.

Organization AI prompt¶

If the AI assistant is enabled for your organization, you can set an organization-wide system prompt that applies to all users. Use this to provide organizational context such as your network setup, CDN provider, or preferred analysis focus.

This prompt is combined with each user's personal custom prompt (set in My Profile) to guide the AI assistant's responses.

Client offline detection¶

Use Enable offline detection to turn offline detection on or off for your organization. It is on by default. When it is off, no offline or back-online emails are sent.

The Offline threshold sets how many minutes without measurements a client may go before it counts as offline. Leave it empty to use the default of 120 minutes. The threshold is kept while detection is off.

Study execution failure detection¶

Use Enable study failure detection to turn on or off the check for studies that abort on every run. It is on by default. The check runs every 30 minutes and looks at the previous three hours. See Study failure notifications.

Client system health detection¶

Use Enable system health detection to turn Fleet Health detection on or off for your organization. It is on by default.

Under Resource monitoring, click the edit button to change the settings for each resource (CPU average, memory peak, and disk peak):

• Enabled – Turn the check for this resource on or off. At least one resource must stay enabled.
• Warning (%) and Critical (%) – Set the limits for this resource. Select Default to use the default value, which is shown next to it.

Limits must be whole numbers between 1 and 100, and the warning limit must be lower than the critical limit. Changed limits apply after each client sends its next system status.

When you turn off a resource, the dashboard checks all clients again right away. If that resource was the only problem for a client, the client recovers and a recovery email is sent.

Global anomaly detection sensitivity¶

Set how sensitive anomaly detection is for your whole organization. You can change the same setting, together with its overrides, through the settings button on the Anomalies page.
