Measurements Overview

The Measurements section lets you browse all measurement data collected by your Surfmeter clients. Measurements are organized by type, and you can also view them all together.

Measurement types

Each measurement type has its own page with type-specific KPIs and filters:

  • Video – Quality metrics for video streaming services (e.g., MOS, buffering, resolution).
  • Web – Page load performance and web quality metrics.
  • Conferencing – Quality metrics for conferencing services (e.g., WebRTC-based calls).
  • Speedtest – Download/upload speed and latency from speedtest services.
  • Network – Results from native network tools such as ping, traceroute, or dig.

Switch between types using the navigation. The "All" view combines measurements of every type into a single list.

Page layout

Each measurement type page typically contains:

  • Filter controls for narrowing down results (see Filtering for details)
  • A time range and interval picker (see Time Range and Interval for details)
  • KPI charts that aggregate data over the selected time range (see Charts and KPis for details)
  • A results table listing individual measurements with color-coded quality indicators (see Charts and KPIs for details)
