Client Groups

Client groups let you organize your clients into logical collections, for example by location, department, or purpose.

Viewing groups

The Client Groups page lists all groups with the number of clients in each.

Creating a group

Administrators can create a new group by providing a name and an optional description.

Group details

Click on a group to see its members. The detail page shows the group name, description, and a table of all clients in the group. You can change the group name and description from the detail page.

Use the add button to select clients to add to the group. To remove clients, switch to selection mode, select the clients you want to remove, and confirm.

You can also delete a group from its detail page. Deleting a group does not delete the clients in it – they are simply no longer associated with that group.
