My Profile

The Profile page lets you view and manage your personal account details and AI settings. To access it, click on your name in the bottom left corner and select My Profile.

Profile information

This section shows your email, username, user ID, and role. These fields are read-only and can only be changed by an administrator.

You can edit your display name directly on this page.

If the AI assistant is enabled for your organization, this section shows your current consent status. You can enable or revoke your consent for AI features here. A link to the privacy policy is provided for review.

Revoking consent disables the chat and AI Explain features for your account.

Custom AI prompt

When AI consent is enabled, you can set a personal custom prompt that is added to every AI conversation. Use this to tailor the assistant's responses to your needs, for example by specifying a preferred language or focus area.
